Condition After Cobra Bite
July 5, 2000 (approx.) BOB MAHLBURG STAR-TELEGRAM STAFF WRITER FORT WORTH - A man was in serious condition at a Fort Worth hospital yesterday after being bitten by an Egyptian cobra, a venomous but common snake often kept as a pet, authorities said. The man, whose name was not released, drove himself to Harris Methodist Fort Worth, hospital spokeswoman Ashley Wesson said.
