GRIZZLY ATTACK

Powell, Idaho -- A Wyoming man is recovering after he was attacked by a grizzly bear over the weekend.

The hunting guide was tracking elk with another man, near the town of Powell when they encountered the animal. Mike Potas tried to escape by climbing a tree, but the bear pulled him down and bit his thigh. The grizzly took off, after the other man shot at the bear.

Luckily, two doctors were nearby who cleaned the wound, and called for help. Potas was treated and released from a nearby hospital and is now recovering at home.
